Slow Dehydration with Cell Salts

So what is “enough water”? You should be drinking half of your body weight in ounces of water a day, For example, if you weight 160 pounds, drink 80 ounces of water, or 10-8 oz. Glasses. If your mountain biking or road biking you know it will be much more than that. Along with the water, you need to have, salt, potassium and cell salts. These are the components that are necessary for your body to absorb and hold water properly. The cells need to be hydrated and you need to drink water, and hold that water the way your body is supposed to supplement with cell salts.

Cell Salts Balance Fluids

Cell Salts balance fluids and water in the body and support the functioning of the kidneys, pancreas, stomach and digestive system. They help with edema, headache, and weakness in the sun or heat. Cell Salts oxygenating actions are good for physical fatigue. They are also useful for inflammation, fever, and infection. Deficiency symptoms include muscle pain, muscle fatigue, muscle spasms.

Natrum Muriaticum (Sodium Chloride)–Nat. Mur. is a constituent of every liquid and solid in the body. A salt craving is indicative of deficiency, but the molecules of table salt are so big they cannot attach to the cells. It is the most important cell salt of the body as all the other cells are dependent on it for their distribution. Used for delirium tremors, eyestrain, vomiting of watery mucous, hay fever, low spirits, heartburn, toothaches, craving for salt and salty foods, weak eyes, either excess of heavy sleep or insomnia, falling hair, early morning headaches, headaches with constipation, chronic constipation due to dehydration, rapid pulse intermittent with palpitation, hangnails, cracked finger tips, numbness of the hands and feet and greasy skin.

Where can you get Cell Salts

Cell Salts may also go under the names Tissue Salts, Biochemic Salts, Schussler Mineral Salts, Schussler Tissue Salts, Biochemic Remedies, and 12 Tissue Remedies. When you go shopping for them you will run into this, but remember they are all the same thing.

I buy Hyland's brand cell salts . That does not mean they are the best, but Hylands has a great reputation for quality products. That is what I recommend.
